Shelley Barnes

Shelley began working as a dental nurse in 2014 and qualified in 2016. She wanted to extend her role in patient centred care and went back to study dental hygiene at Portsmouth University. She qualified as a dental hygienist in 2022.

Shelley is really passionate about having a holistic approach and has found using Mindfulness useful for dental anxiety management.

Shelley shares her time between London and the beautiful New Forest, where she enjoys forest walks and paddle boarding.
