Please be advised that if you are on our practice membership plan, you have a certain entitlement to free check-ups/Hygienist.
If you miss any of these appointments without three working days notice of cancellation, unfortunately, you will lose one of your allocated sessions.
The practice offers an email and text message-based reminder system for appointments at the practice only. This service is offered as a courtesy and must not be relied on totally as occasionally there are issues with mobile networks/wifi signal.
Patients should ensure they make a note of their appointment date and time.
Please note all fees are due at the first appointment for each stage of treatment. Payments can be made by cash, debit card, MasterCard or Visa credit card on or before the day of treatment.
We accept payment by cash, switch, visa, MasterCard, maestro and electron.
We have a practice policy of charging a fee for lost surgery time if appointments are not cancelled at least three working days in advance. This notice of cancellation is important so that we are able to reallocate surgery time to other patients.
