Business women\/men, teenagers, homemakers, athletes, and even retired elderly people\u2014 everybody faces stress to some extent. To make matters worse, many of us don\u2019t recognize the warning signs of stress, or know how to manage it properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While it\u2019s perfectly normal to feel stressed out at times, it\u2019s important to acknowledge that it can have serious long-term health effects. Unchecked stress can lead to physical illnesses such as headaches and digestive issues, as well as heightened risks of depression and anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to tackle stress head-on. Here are some effective strategies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Exercise: Regular exercise can help reduce stress by releasing endorphins and improving your overall mood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Eat healthy: A healthy diet can help your body manage stress.
