Emma qualified in 1991 at Kings College, London. She worked at Kings Dental Hospital for 1 year then spent 13 years in practice in Fulham. She joined the team here in April 2006 after having a break to have her second child. Dr Davison is an exceptionally well-trained holistic, general and cosmetic dentist, who makes helping others her priority; she is most content when giving others a reason to smile. She treats others as she would want to be treated herself. She feels passionate about providing gentle treatment to a high standard, and changing negative experiences to positive ones.
Emma was compelled to learn more about mercury toxicity by numerous patients who had approached her to have amalgam fillings replaced. Some had chronic fatigue or neurological symptoms, some had multiple allergies, others just wanted to improve their general health or to optimise fertility prior to conception.
She stays abreast of the changes in dentistry by participating in multiple dental study clubs and attending many hours in continuing education.
Dr. Davison enjoys reading, restaurants, and spending time with her husband and their two children.
Dr. Gareth Rhidian is a holistic dentist who truly understands and practices the tenets of holistic health, both as a practitioner and in his personal life. His remarkable knowledge of the field came about through years of study and experience. He practised for a number of years with the late Dr Jack Levenson (founder of the British Society for Mercury Free Dentists) treating the Mercury toxic patient. After a decade of hard work he started to investigate toxicity issues in the practice of dentistry. He also has a particular interest in nutritional medicine. When time allows his other interests include following the revival of the fortunes of the Welsh rugby team!
Dr Rohini Stannard qualified from Leeds with a BChD(Hons) in 1998. She joined the Holistic team in 2016.
Rohini is currently studying an MSc in Restorative Dentistry and in 2014 achieved her certificate in Restorative Dentistry and is now half way through her Diploma year aiming to complete her MSc by 2018.
She is passionate about providing caring good quality dentistry for her patients and loves working with children, she is an extremely conscientious holistic dentist who attends courses to keep her up-to-date with the latest protocols - she has most recently attended the IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology) conference in London.
When Rohini has time off from her studying and Dentistry, she enjoys visiting museums, reading, keeping fit and Formula One.
She is a classically trained pianist and violinist, and has a passion for music and drawing.
Sharon has over 25 years' experience of Dentistry behind her, she has worked as Practice Manager since 1999; prior to that she worked in the surgery assisting the Dentist, also gaining her dental radiography qualification in 2005. She is responsible for the day to day running of the practice to ensure patient and team needs are met at all times. She is also our main point of contact to help and assist you with any queries you may have about treatment, costs or general advice.
It has always been Sharon's aim to make sure patients are happy and relaxed. She is very happy to talk to you if you are anxious about visiting the dentist. She will offer you moral support and discuss with you any concerns you may have.
Sharon enjoys keeping fit and healthy and often participates in sponsored charity activities, including London to Brighton bike ride, abseiling for the blind association, jumping out of a plane 12,000 feet high for the Phyllis Tuckwell hospice in Farnham and most recently competing in the Tough Mudder obstacle race in Henley, raising money for CLICsargent.
Julie has been qualified as a Dental Hygienist since 1987 and trained in the Defence Dental Training school in Aldershot.
She spent 22 years serving with the Royal Army Dental Corps all over the UK and overseas. For her remaining military years, she went on to becoming the principal tutor at the training school where she originally trained.
Julie has been working with the team at Holistic Dental Centre since March 2013. She undertakes regular training and enjoys keeping up to date with new techniques in dentistry.
Julie's emphasis is to provide excellence in patient care with gentle but effective hygiene treatment.
Julie is married to George, a firefighter and has two children. In 2013 Julie was elected Honorary Secretary for the BSDHT (British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy)
In 2016 she has taken on the role as President Elect of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy, offering practical and political advice to the 3,000+ hygienists and therapists that are members.
Nav joined the holistic dental centre team in July 2015. He has worked within the dental industry for the past 6 years, beginning his career as a dental nurse, before joining the Military School of Dental Hygiene in Aldershot. He qualified as a dental hygienist in 2013 and was awarded the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Diploma; he then worked as a Hygienist with the Defence Dental Services in Germany.
Nav provides support to the rest of our team, making sure the patient's mouth is stable enough for the complex treatments they receive. Nav regularly attends courses to update his knowledge and is committed to furthering his professional development.
In his spare time, Nav enjoys playing football, volleyball and badminton.
Polly is originally from Bulgaria and has been working as a nurse for over 19 years.
She gained her dental nurse qualification at Farnham hospital in 2008.
Polly assists in both the surgery for Dr Davison and helps out at reception. Polly has been a huge asset to our team since joining us in 2015; as well as being a perfectionist, she will always put the needs of her patients and staff first, even if this is at an inconvenience to herself.
As well as keeping fit at the gym, Polly enjoys walking and exploring new towns in the South of England.
Rebecca is our newest member of the Holistic team. She has been dental nursing since early 2015 and attained her dental nursing qualification in July 2017.
Rebecca is very conscientious and is always thinking ahead to help patients and the team out so that the practice runs smoothly.
As well as assisting in the surgery, Rebecca will also be on reception answering the telephone and helping patients with their queries.
In her spare time Rebecca enjoys music, attending concerts and spending time with her two basset hounds.
Adrienne Willoughby joined the team at Holistic Dental Centre in October 2015. She completed her training with the Royal Army Dental Corps and qualified in 1982. After her training she also worked in an American hospital in Hong Kong for two years. Adrienne is very enthusiastic about improving patients oral health and finds prevention of disease a vital part of her role. In her spare time Adrienne enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her Grandson.
